ITEM # B-4 ram mount base is built in 1/4″ black polyethylene marine board and is 4″ in diameter and includes stainless steel hardware.
This base is ideal when installing a ram mount directly on the carpet at the bow of the boat. It creates a cushion between the carpet and metal ram base.
